Terms of Service

1. What this service is

Tesla Roadster AI turns one photo you upload into a short AI-generated video of the flying Roadster meme. You pay once per video. The service is provided as-is, with no guarantee that a particular generation will look a certain way.

2. Photos and consent

You may only upload a photo of yourself, or of another adult who has given you permission to use it. You must not upload photos of minors, celebrities, public figures, or anyone who has not consented. You are responsible for the photo you upload and for any claim arising from it. The person shown must be 18 or older.

3. Payment and refunds

Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake. One video costs $5.99 USD, charged once at checkout. There is no subscription. If a technical failure prevents your video from rendering, you may retry at no extra cost. Because generation begins immediately, completed renders are non-refundable. Safety-rejected submissions may be charged.

4. AI-generated output

Videos are synthetic and may contain visual artifacts. Do not present them as real footage. You are responsible for how you publish and label them on any platform.

5. Acceptable Use — prohibited content

This service renders people into a flying-car meme and nothing else. You must not upload a photo, or use an output video, to create, upload or distribute any of the following:

• Sexual or NSFW content of any kind, including nudity and sexualized depictions of any person.
• Any content that sexualizes, endangers or exploits minors. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is strictly prohibited, is reported to law enforcement, and every related upload is permanently blocked.
• Violent, gory or graphic content, or content that encourages self-harm.
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that dehumanizes a protected group.
• Deepfakes or impersonation of real people without their consent, including celebrities, public figures and private individuals.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.

Every submission passes through automated screening systems before and during rendering. Uploads flagged by these systems are blocked from rendering, and the stored photo and any partial output are deleted. We may refuse, remove or block any generation that breaks these rules, and we may refuse service at our discretion.

6. Reporting and moderation

To report content or a generation that breaks these terms, email hello@teslaroadsterai.space with the job link or the URL of the published video. We review reports within three business days.

When we receive a report or an automated flag, we check the upload and the rendered video against the rules above. If a violation is confirmed, we delete the stored photo and video, block further generations on that job, and may suspend access for repeat or serious violations. We report unlawful content, including anything involving minors, to the relevant authorities.

7. Trademark disclaimer

Tesla Roadster AI is an independent, unofficial fan tool built around an internet meme. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Tesla, Inc. or Elon Musk in any way. “Tesla” and “Roadster” are trademarks of Tesla, Inc.; this site uses those words only to describe the meme format, and nothing on this site is official Tesla media. We use no Tesla footage, artwork, photography or audio, and every video ships silent so no Tesla-owned or third-party sound is distributed.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tesla Roadster AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected video.
